Sara's Garden Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Sara's Garden Gift Cards are a convenient and thoughtful way to give eco-friendly gifts such as plant gifts, gardening hampers etc. Our digital gift cards can be redeemed online across our range of succulents, native plant gifts, corporate gifts and gardening products. Please read the following Terms & Conditions before purchasing or redeeming a Sara's Garden Gift Card.

Terms & Conditions

1. Gift cards are redeemable for products available on the Sara's Garden website.
2. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
3. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
4. Gift cards may be used across multiple transactions until the available balance is exhausted.
5. If the total purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
6. Any unused balance will remain available until the expiry date.
7. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
8. Sara's Garden is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorised use of gift cards. Please treat gift cards like cash.
9. Gift cards purchased online will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
10. Gift cards are subject to product availability and standard shipping charges may apply to physical products purchased using a gift card.
11. Sara's Garden reserves the right to cancel any gift card transaction where fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity is suspected.
12. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
