How do I make sure I receive my plant gifts or terrariums on time for my event?
We recommend that you place your order at least 2 months before your event. This will give us time to prepare each plant carefully and to let the plants adjust and grow in their new pot.

Will you gift wrap my order?
We are happy to gift wrap or box any order upon your request for a reasonable, additional fee. Please send us a message here to discuss this.
Can I place a custom order?
We love custom orders! No request is too big or too small. We want to help make your gift or green favours absolutely perfect for all occasions.

Additionally, we’re happy to design your order according to the size, colour and type that you desire. We will try our best to accommodate whatever you have in mind.
How do I care for my potted succulents or terrariums?

Can I pick up my order?
You sure can! Pick-ups are arranged by appointment in Roseville Chase (postcode 2069). Please let us know if you’d like to pick up your plants or favour boxes when you place an order.
Do I need to water my plants before my event?
We’ve handled everything for you, so you can just show up with your beautiful green wedding favours or living party gifts. All of our plants will be adequately watered prior to delivery and will be ready for your guests to take home at the end of the party.
Will my plant grow larger?
Your plant should grow over time. All of our plants are grown locally in Sydney and are adapted to either an indoor or outdoor climate.
We recommend repotting plants after approximately 4-5 months to a larger pot or the garden.
Can I visit you in person at a physical store?
We currently do not have a physical storefront. We’ve chosen to focus on shipping plants directly all over the country from the website.
