Shipping - Sara's Garden


  • We are proud to deliver locally made, high-quality living gifts all over Australia. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship live plants to Tasmania (TAS), the Northern Territory (NT) or Western Australia (WA) because of strict quarantine laws.
  • We care about our plants, so we usually ship out of our facility on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This ensures no plants suffer over an extra two days of weekend transit. All other items are sent within 1-3 business days after we receive your order.
  • If you live nearby, you might like to pick up your order to save on delivery costs. Simply let us know you want to pick up your order by leaving a message in the notes/comments section of your order. We’ll make you an appointment to stop by and refund all shipping charges.

Important Notes:

  • Please use the notes/comments section to alert us to any specific delivery instructions.
  • We will deliver in person or leave your package at the designated address if the delivery person deems the area safe. If you do not want this to occur, please let us know in the comments area of your order form.
  • Additional re-delivery fees may apply to any repeat attempts to complete delivery.
  • The standard postage cost does not include insurance. Please contact us to arrange for insurance on your order.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Your satisfaction is our number one goal. If you aren’t happy with your purchase, simply return the item back to us in the same condition it arrived in, and we will gladly refund your money within 7 days.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping costs.
